While waiting for a done deal that sources say is rumored in Big 12 expansion, here’s a glossary of terms and phrases we’ve endured recently. Expansion: The geographic growth of boundaries and either two or four universities to the 10-team Big 12. Done deal: A term to prematurely describe an agreement before officially accomplished by key personalities on the record.
