In an age where college athletic programs are more interested in finding the most lucrative neighborhood rather than a local one and where conferences are more interested in extending their footprints rather than consolidating the ones they have, one aspect of this Penn State season is remarkable: It will play both its major in-state neighbors – Pittsburgh and Temple.
