The Big 12 has apparently seen the light and is following it. After a lot of disagreement and even discord over the prospect of expanding, the only Power Five conference with fewer than a dozen schools has definitively chosen to not only pursue expanding but doing so with alacrity and gusto – at least two and maybe four new members to be announced within the next month.
